About the Opportunity
As a Seasonal Pool Supervisor, you'll ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests in and around the ship's pools. With short, flexible contracts available during UK school holidays (1–8 weeks), this is an ideal role for certified lifeguards looking to gain unique experience at sea while working around other life commitments. You'll support public safety, respond to emergencies, uphold hygiene standards, and contribute to unforgettable guest experiences—all while travelling to incredible destinations as part of a close-knit team.
What We’re Looking For
- Valid NPLQ qualification with at least 1 year validity
- Strong swimming ability (100m front and back unaided)
- Lifeguard experience in a pool environment
- Confident communicator with strong guest service skills
- Awareness of safeguarding and ability to manage incidents calmly
- Good written and spoken English for accurate reporting
