What We’re Looking For
- Passion for maritime travel, teamwork, and exploration
- Strong communication skills and a calm, positive attitude under pressure
- Motivation to learn and grow throughout your cadetship
- Minimum of four GCSEs (Grades 9–5 / A*–C) including Maths, English, and a science subject with physical science content
- UK or EEA citizenship and UK residency for at least 1 year
