About the Opportunity
Carnival UK is seeking talented and experienced reading musicians to join onboard orchestras and function bands across its fleet. Whether you’re a pianist, brass player, or vocalist, you’ll perform in dynamic settings from theatre shows to dance bands, backed by state-of-the-art equipment and digital sheet music systems. This is a rare chance to grow professionally, travel the world, and collaborate with top-tier performers—many of whom launched their careers at sea.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced instrumentalists or vocalists in the following:
- Piano/Keyboard (incl. M.Ds)
- Bass/Electric Guitar
- Tenor Sax (doubling on Clarinet & Flute)
- Trumpet, Trombone
- Drums
- Male Vocalists (contemporary & Big Band/Swing)
- Excellent sight-reading and improvisation skills
- Strong understanding of varied musical styles
- Familiarity with digital sheet music tech (desirable)
- Professional showreel included in CV ideally required
- Open to virtual auditions and international travel
