About the Opportunity

As Junior Visual Media & Podcasts Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering integrated media strategies that amplify artist promotion through digital channels and podcasts. Working with high-profile talent, you'll help manage visual campaigns, secure media opportunities, and develop cutting-edge content. This is an ideal role for someone passionate about music and culture, ready to grow in a fast-paced, creative environment that values fresh ideas, autonomy, and cross-platform innovation.

What We’re Looking For

Experience with visual media, podcasts, and digital platforms
Strong communication skills and media relationships
Strategic thinker with a flair for trend spotting and content creation
Organised, self-driven and experienced in project management
Skilled in social media, with bonus experience in Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and Excel/Google Sheets
Passionate about music, culture, and modern media trends

Location: King’s Cross, London

Contract: Full-time
