About the Opportunity
WSP’s two-year Earth & Environment Graduate Programme offers a diverse range of roles across geotechnical engineering, environmental services, air quality, landscape architecture, arboriculture, and more. You’ll be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of real-world projects. The programme includes technical and professional training, a dedicated mentor, chartership support, and access to a wide network of early career professionals through WSP’s Professional Growth Network. Opportunities are available across multiple UK locations, with roles starting in September 2025.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2:2 bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline (see role-specific requirements)
- Passion for environmental consultancy and sustainable engineering
- Creative problem-solvers with a drive to learn and contribute
- Effective communicators with strong collaboration skills
- Available to start in September 2025
