About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Technology Transfer Scientist to join our Manufacturing team near Edinburgh (EH26 0BF). This full-time, permanent role is ideal for graduates looking to develop expertise in technology transfer, manufacturing processes, and risk management within a GMP-regulated environment. You will play a key role in product development, process validation, and cross-functional training, contributing to the successful transfer of new technologies into manufacturing.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Life Sciences or Engineering (e.g., Biochemistry, Biology)
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device industries within a GMP environment
- Knowledge of Blood Grouping Reagents, products, and processes
- Strong project management, risk analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and ability to work under pressure
