The McArthurGlen Finance Graduate Scheme is an exciting programme designed to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of finance within a global retail business. You’ll be given hands-on exposure to various functions across our finance team, from financial accounting to business intelligence, reporting, real estate finance, investment, tax, and systems. Throughout your rotations, you will work with different teams, enabling you to gain a holistic view of how our business operates and the impact of financial decisions.
Over the course of the programme, you will:
- Rotate through key finance functions: Get hands-on experience in financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting.
- Work with senior leaders: Learn from and collaborate with experienced professionals, gaining insights into business strategy and decision-making.
- Personal development: Access to training, mentoring, and development opportunities to help you grow as a finance professional.
- Real responsibility: Contribute to live projects, improve processes, and support financial decision-making across the business.
You’ll be supported in your studies, with paid leave and relevant practical experience to help you achieve your financial professional qualifications. Alongside this, you will have a dedicated mentor and sponsor to guide you through your journey.
