Job Overview
As a Finance Graduate, you will be part of our finance team and will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of financial management while you study and complete your accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA).
This role is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of financial processes and to develop your skills in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
· Gain knowledge & experience through assisting AP, AR, Treasury and Management Accounting functions in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
· Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
· Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.
· Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Assist with internal and external audits.
· Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
· Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and support business initiatives.
· Contribute to process improvement projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other numerical field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment.
- Desire to complete accounting qualification within 24 months
