A growing SME residential developer in the Cotswolds is looking to appoint a Commercial Administrator / Graduate / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support their commercial and buying team. This role is ideal for someone with construction admin or document control experience who enjoys working in a close-knit, supportive team.

You’ll be assisting with order processing, subcontractor documentation, invoice queries and general commercial administration on bespoke housing developments in some of the most desirable locations in the South West.

Your role will involve:

Maintaining procurement schedules and logging subcontract orders
Processing invoices and payment applications
Document control including contract files and variation logs
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
