Teaching Assistant position supporting students aged 11-16
Full-time, permanent role starting September 2025
Annual salary of £29,500
Work closely with GCSE groups to raise attainment
Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions (2-6 students)
Create engaging resources and lead academic support sessions
Track and report on student progress
Opportunity to progress to School Direct Teacher Training from September 2026

Candidate Profile – What We’re Looking For:

First-Class degree from Oxford or Cambridge (priority to Maths, Science, and English disciplines)
Excellent A-Level and GCSE results
Previous experience in tutoring, mentoring or coaching
Genuine ambition to become a qualified Secondary Teacher
Confident, engaging, and enthusiastic personality
