Job Title: Graduate Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 plus commission

Location: St Albans

Contract: Permanent, full-time Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do as a Sales Executive:

Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors and channels.
Build strong relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Work with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and professional client support.
Conduct telemarketing campaigns to generate leads and set appointments.
Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in business development or account management
Excellent communication and people skills – you’re a relationship builder.
A motivated self-starter who thrives on hitting targets and delivering results.
Fast learner with the ability to explain technical products clearly.
Organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and in a team.
Willing to travel across the UK to meet clients and prospects.
