Job Details:

Job Title: Internal Recruiter

Salary: £30,000

Location: Watford (office based)

Contract: Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

What You’ll Be Doing as an Internal Recruiter:

Managing end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles across the business
Working closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and create effective job adverts
Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals
Screening CVs, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection process
Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
Enhancing employer branding and candidate experience
Supporting onboarding and new hire integration
Maintaining recruitment data and reports to track progress and performance

What We’re Looking For:

Previous recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive mindset and the ability to multitask in a busy environment
Confident with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Someone who thrives on building relationships and finding the right people for the right roles
