We’re looking for two Graduate Project Officers to join our Change Team & IT department. You’ll be right at the heart of our transformation journey—supporting projects that shape the future of policing and public service.

This is a 18 month fixed term contract.

What you’ll be doing

Supporting project managers and senior leaders to deliver meaningful change.
Helping plan, track, and deliver projects from start to finish.
Researching, analysing, and reporting on key issues to help drive smart decisions.
Organising meetings, capturing actions, and keeping everything running smoothly.
Building great relationships across teams and with external partners.

The must haves

A degree (or Master’s) in Policing, Criminology, Business, IT, Maths, or a related subject.
Experience in admin or project support (internships, placements, or part-time roles).
A curious mind, a can-do attitude, and a love for learning.
Great communication skills—written and verbal.
Confidence with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams/SharePoint).
