A world leading process equipment manufacturer is seeking a driven and dynamic graduate sales engineer to join their UK team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:

As a Graduate Sales Engineer, you'll be the first point of contact for clients, building rapport and understanding their technical needs to provide tailored solutions.
You’ll visit clients across the UK and Ireland, with regular travel and overnight stays.
You’ll manage new business development as well as some existing accounts, aiming to hit sales targets while providing top-notch service.
Prepare and conduct demonstrations and trials for machinery and equipment.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth.

What We’re Looking For:

A degree in either Engineering or Business related disciplines.
Ability to investigate and find potential new routes to market for the company products.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to quickly connect with clients.
Resilience, tenacity, and independence with a knack for problem-solving and analysis.
Strong team-working skills with the ability to manage customer relationships efficiently.
Good IT and administrative skills.
Full UK Driving License.

What’s On Offer:

Basic Salary: Starting salary up to £45,000 per year
Bonus: Potential to earn circa £15,000 in bonuses annually.
