We Help Recruit are seeking a Graduate Sales Executive for a client based in West Yorkshire, with responsibilities across the UK. This is a great opportunity for a motivated graduate to kickstart their career in sales.

The Role
You’ll join a dynamic sales team and gain hands-on experience while contributing to the growth of the customer base. This role is designed for someone who’s eager to learn, build lasting client relationships, and develop key sales skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high standard of customer care.
Help prepare sales proposals and quotes.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads.
Follow up on enquiries and leads promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate sales records using CRM tools.
Take part in product training, including demonstrations and customer visits.

Requirements

A genuine interest in sales and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a bonus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence.

Benefits

Base salary up to £30,000 per annum.
Company vehicle provided.
Annual salary review.
20 days holiday plus bank holidays, with additional Christmas shutdown (not deducted from annual leave).
