About the Opportunity

The two-year training contract is divided into four six-month seats, including compulsory rotations in Corporate and Banking, plus opportunities for international or client secondments. Trainees receive full financial support for the Law Conversion Course (PGDL) and SQE, along with maintenance grants. You’ll be paired with a Partner mentor and supported by a trainee development team. Salaries start at £50,000 in the first year, rising to £135,000 upon qualification. Up to 50 contracts are offered each year across March and September intakes.

What We’re Looking For

Final-year students and graduates from any discipline

Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent)

Minimum AAB at A-level (or equivalent)

Demonstrable legal work experience

Strong motivation and readiness for a legal career without a vacation scheme

Willingness to commit to a structured, varied training pathway

Successful completion of a bespoke online test, video interview, and assessment centre
