I'm working with an innovative Powys-based engineering company who are looking for a Graduate Mechanical Engineer ready to dive into real engineering work from day one.

The Role

My client offers a structured graduate program with rotations across different teams. You'll tackle real challenges like improving product reliability, solving production issues, managing cost-reduction projects, and exploring new manufacturing technologies. This isn't about admin tasks, it's proper engineering work with experienced mentors providing guidance throughout.

You'll Need

MEng or BEng in Mechanical Engineering
Some hands-on experience (placement, internship, or personal projects)
3D CAD and CAE skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Genuine curiosity and drive to learn
