About the Opportunity

As a Licensing Administrator, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the visibility of journal content through third-party partnerships. This position combines data management, stakeholder communication, and publishing insight—ideal for someone looking to grow their career in the publishing or licensing space. You’ll gain hands-on experience in licensing operations, content indexing, and commercial support, all within a collaborative hybrid working environment based in Oxfordshire. What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and written communication
Confident with Microsoft Excel and data handling
Self-starter with a collaborative mindset
Able to stay calm under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Interest in publishing or copyright (bonus but not essential)
Licensing or copyright experience is a plus, but full training is provided
Must be eligible to work in the UK and commute to the Abingdon office 3 days/week

Salary: £28–30k + 5% bonus
