Location: Middlesborough
Salary: £25-28k starting, rising to £32,000 within two years

You'll be joining a dynamic, digitally forward-thinking organisation that's investing heavily in AI, machine learning, data visualisation and the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. This role will see you work across a range of impactful projects that blend traditional BI with emerging AI capabilities.

What you'll be doing:

Developing data solutions using Power BI, SQL, and ETL techniques, and learn Power Apps and Co-Pilot
Building data models and visualising insights for business stakeholders
Supporting early-stage AI/ML initiatives, such as process automation and predictive analytics
Working in an agile, cloud-first environment using the latest Microsoft tools
Collaborating with a growing team of data engineers, BI developers and AI specialists

What we're looking for:

Some experience in SQL (or strong Excel skills)
Familiarity or enthusiasm for Power BI and data storytelling
Curiosity about data science, machine learning or AI tools and techniques
A genuine passion for using data to drive decisions and change
