About the Opportunity

Join the ORR as an HR Coordinator Apprentice and gain hands-on experience across the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and recruitment to managing HR data and resolving employee queries. You’ll work closely with experienced HR professionals, develop your skills in Microsoft 365 and Oracle HCM (HRIS), and earn while you learn in a structured programme. On successful completion, you’ll be equipped for progression in HR roles across the public or private sector.

💰 Salary: £24,200
🕓 Full-time with flexible working options
📈 Civil Service pension scheme with 28.97% employer contribution

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C / 9-4)* including Maths and English
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Confident user of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word)
Ability to work accurately with data and digital HR systems
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
