About the Company

AMP Group Practice is a long-established, award-winning medical practice with over 40 staff working across multiple sites. With a 20+ year track record of successfully training apprentices, the practice offers a supportive and professional environment where many apprentices go on to secure permanent NHS roles.

About the Opportunity

As an Administration Apprentice, you’ll gain experience across patient reception and medical administration while working toward a recognised qualification. From booking appointments and processing prescriptions to supporting clinicians and handling patient communications, you’ll develop vital skills for a future in healthcare. You’ll be trained by experienced staff across several practice sites and supported to become a confident, multi-skilled healthcare administrator.

What We’re Looking For

GCSEs in English, Maths and Science (Grade A-C)*
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised, reliable, and good time management
Polite and professional telephone manner
Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
Access to transport for multi-site work
