Your new role
- 11 month industrial placement opportunity suitable for current undergraduate university students on an IT/networking course
- 1st Line support and handling customer enquiries
- Troubleshooting networking faults and driving resolution to ensure SLAs are not breached
- Opportunity to continue working part-time during final year and graduate opportunities once you complete your course
What you’ll need to succeed
- Currently completing your 2nd year of a IT or networking undergraduate course
- Passion for working in the networking field and eager to learn and progress your career
- Strong customer service focus
