Join Our Team as a Swimming Instructor!
Locations: Linden Road Instruction Pool, Handsworth, and Kingstanding Wellbeing Centres
Are you passionate about swimming and love working with children? We're looking for enthusiastic and qualified Swimming Instructors to join our vibrant Sports and Wellbeing team and help deliver our popular “Strokes for Life” Learn to Swim Programme.
With over 1,600 children currently enrolled across our sites, this is your chance to make a real difference by teaching a vital life skill in a fun, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality swimming lessons for all ability levels using the Swim England teaching framework
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with a friendly, customer-focused team
- Support programme administration to keep things running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for swimming and helping others succeed
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Willingness to undertake further training
Additional preferred Qualifications or willingness to achieve:
- RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers & Coaches
