About the Opportunity

As a Customer Support Apprentice, you’ll work closely with internal and external customers, supporting the Sales & Marketing department through communication, problem-solving, and coordination. You’ll gain hands-on experience with key systems, develop your technical and interpersonal skills, and study towards a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner qualification—all designed to prepare you for a thriving career.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 GCSEs Grade A-C (Level 4-9), including English and Maths
Passion for customer service and relationship building
Competent in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word with strong tech aptitude
Effective communication skills across multiple platforms
Enthusiasm for continuous learning and problem-solving
