About the Opportunity

This full-time, permanent position as Goalkeeping Coach Development Manager is a career-defining opportunity to lead the strategic and practical development of goalkeeping coaches across the English game. You’ll design and deliver national coach education programmes, mentor coaches, shape curriculum content, and integrate development across grassroots, talent, and elite levels. You'll also work directly with at least one England development team, contribute to national talent ID, and influence coaching pathways that impact the future of the men’s and women’s national teams. What We’re Looking For

UEFA Goalkeeping A Licence (or working towards it)
Proven experience in coach education, mentoring, and goalkeeper development
Strong delivery skills (theoretical and practical) with adult learning knowledge
Track record of goalkeeping coaching in youth or elite environments
Excellent communication, planning, and organisational abilities
Strong collaboration and mentoring skills
Experience with strategy development and programme design (desirable)
Relevant degree and/or teaching qualification (beneficial)
