Graduates / Teacher Training Opportunities
Getting into teaching can be a daunting task and it’s vital that when you start your journey into education you do so in the right environment. We take the time to get to know you, your requirements and your ambitions so we can match you to an education job that really fits.
Our consultants are dedicated to serving the education community, being experts in what we do, we can identify talent, appreciate your skills and explain how they fit into the local market. Many people who we place into schools go on to complete a school-based teacher training programme or stay in that role for two years or more.
Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
We support graduates and experienced SEND Assistants looking to gain first-hand experience of working with SEND pupils within a school based environment.
Every day you’ll get the chance to inspire young people and use your skills to give something back – making sure every pupil gets the same access to a quality education and the opportunity to succeed. This will usually be under the direction of the Special Educational Needs & Disabilities Coordinator (SENDCo).
Opportunities for progression are plentiful, they can lead as a route into teaching or help further a career in a psychology related field.
