About the Opportunity
This 13-month Business Improvement Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience in process improvement, data analysis, dashboard creation, and project coordination. You'll gain technical skills while working alongside expert teams and studying towards a Level 3 Software Development Technician Apprenticeship. With opportunities to work across departments and learn business intelligence tools, this is a strong launchpad for a career in data, operations, or business transformation. What We’re Looking For
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English
- Currently studying or recently completed A-levels, BTEC, or equivalent in STEM, IT, Business or Data Analytics
- Interest in business processes and data analysis
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with data tools is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and work across teams
- Eligible for DBS and SC clearance; must meet export compliance regulations
