We are proud to be working with a well-established transport planning consultancy based in Norwich as their trusted graduate recruitment partner. This firm is known for its collaborative environment, supportive team culture, and strong focus on developing early-career professionals in transport planning.

The Role:
You'll join an experienced and welcoming team of Transport Planners, contributing to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. From day one, you'll be involved in:

Preparing Transport Assessments, Travel Plans, and Feasibility Studies
Analysing traffic and transport data using industry tools (e.g. TRICS, TEMPro, AutoCAD, ArcGIS)
Supporting planning applications and liaising with local authorities and developers
Learning through mentoring and structured training programmes

About You:

A degree in Geography, Civil Engineering, Transport Planning, or a related subject (BSc or MSc)
A keen interest in transport planning and sustainable travel
Strong communication and report-writing skills
Motivated, inquisitive, and eager to build your career in consultancy
