About the Opportunity
As a Trainee Legal Adviser, you will develop the skills to support magistrates in court, advising on law, practice and procedure. Over a structured two-year training period, you’ll be mentored by experienced legal professionals and build expertise across a wide range of legal matters—from motoring offences to serious crimes. Upon successful completion, you'll progress to a qualified Tier 1 Legal Adviser role, with increased responsibility and pay. What We're Looking For
- Completion of academic stage to qualify as a barrister or solicitor in England or Wales
- OR graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence to speak in court and work with integrity
- Ability to remain calm, professional and impartial under pressure
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
