£28,000 - £30,000 base salary
First-year OTE of £35,000 - £40,000+

The Impact Academy is our in-house training programme tailored to give you everything you need to succeed in recruitment from the ground up. From your very first day, you'll receive structured coaching in:

Candidate sourcing and interviewing
Relationship-building and professional communication
Time management and productivity
Marketing and CV writing
Resilience, mindset, and staying motivated under pressure

Once you complete your training, you'll move into a Sales Consultant role where you'll continue to develop with access to advanced modules in business development, negotiation, safeguarding, client acquisition, and more.
