About the Opportunity

Join TUI’s Retail Team as an Apprentice Travel Advisor and become a destination expert over a two-year structured programme. You’ll learn to recommend and sell holidays, UK breaks, cruises, and more—all while studying towards a Level 3 Travel Consultant qualification. With ongoing coaching, sales rewards, holiday discounts, and real progression opportunities, this is your launchpad into the travel industry.

What We’re Looking For

A passion for travel and excellent customer service
Drive to meet sales targets and complete a Level 3 qualification
Self-motivated and receptive to feedback
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
Strong communication skills and pride in your work
GCSEs (Grade 9–4 or equivalent) in English and Maths
Willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and evenings
