About the Opportunity

The Product Fund Graduate Programme offers a permanent, full-time position within L&G’s Retail division, starting in September 2025. Over the course of the programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience in workplace pensions and retail savings, develop your commercial and investment acumen, and support key teams managing investment products that help millions save for their future. You’ll benefit from structured training, mentoring, and exposure to senior stakeholders—plus the opportunity to grow your network through a supportive graduate cohort.
