Our client is a specialist manufacturer. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Graduate Production Manager.
The Role
- Will be a development role for a recent Graduate into a Production Managers role.
- As Graduate Production Manager you will receive guidance and support from senior management.
- You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the production process ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, on time and within budget.
- Duties to include planning production schedules, managing resources (personnel, materials, equipment) and maintaining quality standards.
- You will also work to improve processes, reduce costs and ensure safety.
The Person
- Must be a graduate with a degree in a related field.
- Previous engineering or manufacturing experience preferred.
- You will have good leadership/team management experience.
- Will have good planning skills.
- You will be IT literate with good analytical skills.
- Will have the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload
