About the Opportunity

This 18-month Graduate Project Engineer programme offers hands-on experience in capital project delivery across multiple bakery sites. Based in Kirkham (or potentially Edinburgh/Llantarnam), you’ll support engineering, procurement, and operations functions on projects ranging from £100k to £10m. With mentorship, on-the-job training, and cross-site exposure, you’ll develop key skills in project management, technical delivery, and stakeholder communication — all while contributing to exciting initiatives that shape how the UK’s favourite biscuits are made.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2:1 in BEng/MEng (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical Engineering or related)
Practical experience through placements, internships, or projects
Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Microsoft Project
Strong communication, organisation, and presentation skills
A solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel to different sites
