About the Opportunity

As an Assistant Business Manager, you’ll co-lead the Charlotte Tilbury counter at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge, driving team performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You’ll support the Business Manager in daily operations, lead by example on artistry and service, and take initiative on team coaching and commercial strategies. With a structured induction at Charlotte’s Magic Academy and ongoing career development, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on leadership experience in luxury beauty.

What We’re Looking For

Previous retail management experience
Strong commercial and strategic planning skills
Experience in people and performance management
Passion for the beauty industry and customer experience
Entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative leadership style
