Graduate Teaching Assistant - Hounslow - West London
Start Date: 1st September 2025 | £90-£95 per day | One-year position

An Ofsted-rated Outstanding secondary school in Hounslow, West London, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from 1st September 2025.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and high-performing school community while developing valuable classroom experience. Ideal for aspiring teachers, this one-year role will give you insight into school life, curriculum delivery, and pastoral support.

About the Role:

Full-time, term-time only position from September 2025 - July 2026
Supporting teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups (Key Stages 3-5)
Working 1:1 and with small groups of students, including those with additional needs
Assisting with lesson preparation, classroom management, and student progress tracking
Providing pastoral support and building positive relationships with pupils

The Ideal Graduate Teaching Assistant Will:

Hold a minimum 2:2 undergraduate degree (any subject considered)
Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
Be proactive, resilient, and eager to learn
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be considering a future career in teaching (teacher training opportunities may follow)
