About the Opportunity
This Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship is a 2-year, 11-month fixed-term role offering full-time employment, a competitive salary of £34,288.50, and hands-on legal experience. You’ll gain exposure to both contentious and non-contentious areas including social care, licensing, planning, and asset management. Supervised by senior legal professionals, you’ll contribute to real cases, attend court, and build practical legal skills while studying toward full solicitor qualification with online and workshop-based learning.
What We’re Looking For
- Degree in law or another subject (or equivalent legal qualification e.g. CILEX or Paralegal Pass)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Commercial awareness and a passion for local government
- A proactive and collaborative approach to learning and work
