About the Opportunity

This Graduate Entry Solicitor Apprenticeship offers a fully funded, two-year route to qualification as a solicitor within Cambridge & Counties Bank’s in-house legal team. Starting July 2025 and delivered in partnership with Nottingham Trent University, the role provides exposure to areas such as commercial lending, securitisation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. You'll earn a £25,500 salary, avoid student debt, and develop practical legal skills in a supportive banking environment — with the potential to secure a permanent solicitor role on completion.

What We’re Looking For

Law degree (2:2 or above)
GCSE English (grade C/4 or above)
Strong written and verbal communication
Excellent attention to detail and organisation
Team player with initiative and problem-solving ability
Comfortable in a fast-paced, professional setting
