About the Opportunity
Starting in October 2025, this Relationship Management Apprenticeship in the Commercial Mid Market Team gives you a practical introduction to customer relationship banking. You’ll earn a competitive £25,020 salary while completing a Level 3 Financial Services Customer Advisor apprenticeship with full training, mentoring, and career development support.
You’ll:
- Support Relationship Managers with customer meetings and service strategies
- Develop strong customer relationships through calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
- Learn how to manage lending requests, customer insights, and risk processes
- Build skills in financial services regulation, customer service, and problem-solving
- Flexible working and hybrid options are available.
