About the Opportunity

Starting in October 2025, this Relationship Management Apprenticeship in the Commercial Mid Market Team gives you a practical introduction to customer relationship banking. You’ll earn a competitive £25,020 salary while completing a Level 3 Financial Services Customer Advisor apprenticeship with full training, mentoring, and career development support.

You’ll:

Support Relationship Managers with customer meetings and service strategies
Develop strong customer relationships through calls and occasional face-to-face meetings
Learn how to manage lending requests, customer insights, and risk processes
Build skills in financial services regulation, customer service, and problem-solving
Flexible working and hybrid options are available.

What We’re Looking For

Enthusiastic about learning and professional growth
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Analytical and adaptable with strong planning and time management skills

Eligibility:

Ideally, GCSE Maths & English (A–C / Level 4), but support is available if not
Open to those with little or no previous experience in the field
