About the Opportunity
The Bosch Production Systems (BPS) Graduate Scheme is a two-year, full-time programme based in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, beginning 2nd June 2025. You'll take the lead on projects that embed lean manufacturing principles across sourcing, production, and logistics—helping to shape the future of Bosch's operations.
Expect hands-on responsibility from day one, collaboration across departments, and real influence on strategic decision-making. You'll benefit from:

What We’re Looking For
- Degree-level education
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail with a strategic outlook
- Passion for continuous improvement
- Bonus (not essential):
- Experience in team settings, project work, problem-solving, or lean manufacturing
