Your Key Responsibilities:

Assist in delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across key stages
Provide tailored support to small groups and individual students
Help with lesson planning, resources, and classroom organisation
Learn to manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive learning atmosphere
Attend regular training and development sessions to prepare for teacher training
