About the Opportunity

Join ERM as a Graduate Acoustics Consulting Associate, supporting the delivery of high-quality noise and vibration services. You’ll work on a variety of exciting projects including onshore/offshore wind, solar, battery storage, and infrastructure developments. This role offers hands-on experience in noise modelling, monitoring, surveys, and reporting, backed by expert mentorship and robust career development. Hybrid working, generous benefits, and international project opportunities are all part of the package.

What We’re Looking For

Degree in Acoustics or a related discipline
Understanding of acoustic principles and strong report-writing skills
Member or working towards membership of the Institute of Acoustics
Full UK driving licence (essential for site visits)
Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight for site work
