We are working alongside a RICS-regulated surveying consultant with over 25 years experience in Building Surveying. Founded in 2013, our client has built a strong reputation for delivering tailored, high-impact property services across London and the South East - helping both residential and commercial spaces reach their full potential. Based in east central London, the diversity in services allows graduates and professionals to gain the experience across multiple key aspects of building surveying, enabling you to take the right next step in your career.

Your goals, your growth, our focus:

Guided by a team of seasoned, RICS-accredited professionals, this role offers an exceptional platform for both early-career and developing building surveyors to thrive.

You'll gain hands-on involvement across a wide spectrum of services - including Party Wall advice, Condition Surveys, Project Management, Commercial Developments and Contract Administration. You'll be entrusted with meaningful project and professional work, contributing to both residential and commercial development across London and the South East.

This is more than just technical exposure - it's structured, well-rounded development that supports your journey toward chartership. You'll be enhancing your skills under the mentorship of leading surveyors who are invested in your success. The client fosters a supportive, learning-focused environment where knowledge is shared and your professional growth is a priority. For those working towards their APC, this role offers the practical experience and tailored guidance needed to confidently progress towards your qualification.

What you'll need:

A postgraduate degree in Building Surveying
Evidence of experience / grounded in Building Surveying
Currently working on your APC
Comfortable working in a fast-paced practice and drive to learn
