About the Opportunity
Join RSM’s Consulting Graduate Programme in Lerwick from 11 August 2025, specialising in Finance Function Support. In this hands-on role, you'll act as an extension of clients' finance teams, helping to enhance efficiency, support compliance, and deliver strategic insights. You’ll work with a wide range of businesses—from start-ups to global leaders—and build core skills in financial reporting, systems advisory, VAT, and bookkeeping. Alongside expert mentorship, you’ll work toward the CA (Scotland) qualification over three years, and benefit from structured training through RSM’s Evolve development programme.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- A predicted/obtained honours degree
- A minimum of 112 UCAS points (or 104 Scottish/Irish equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- A detail-oriented, organised approach
- Interest in digital tools and financial systems
- A permanent right to work in the UK
