About the Opportunity
This is your chance to join the 2025 Graduate Paramedic (NQP) Programme in the Aneurin Bevan and Cwm Taf region. As you transition from student to autonomous Band 6 paramedic, you’ll gain real clinical responsibility, access state-of-the-art tools like the Paramedic Pathfinder, and receive mentoring from Advanced Paramedic Practitioners. With one of the UK’s best-equipped fleets and varied patient caseloads, you’ll rapidly grow your clinical capability while making a real difference in the community.
What We’re Looking For
- Final-year Paramedic Science student or recent graduate
- In process of HCPC registration
- IHCD Qualified or Certified Ambulance Paramedic
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Calm, decisive, and resilient under pressure
- Holds a valid UK driving licence (max 3 points; C1 by 16 June 2025)
- Experience handling sensitive or high-pressure situations
