They are enjoying sustainable growth across the UK and are supported by this HQ team from an easily accessible office location on a Telford business park.

You will like

The Graduate Structural Engineer job role itself where you will be involved in all aspects of the design process and work with our in-house tools to create a bespoke storage solution for our customers. Working closely with the sales department to understand the customer’s brief and their ultimate aims for their new structure. More specifically:

Delivery of concept and detailed structural schemes to Sales and Design.
Calculations of cold-formed steel structures to prevailing standards (EN codes and storage industry standards).
Ability to explain calculations.
Involvement in product tests & interpretation of results.
Develop software to standardise calculation processes.

You will have

To be successful as Graduate Structural Engineer, you will have a healthy mix of the following:

Essential

Graduate with MEng/BEng/BSc or equivalent in Structural or Civil Engineering.
Effective communication skills and work well within a team.

Desirable

Ideally some structural design experience.
Demonstrate an understanding of steelwork design codes.
Proficient user of CAD.
