About the Opportunity
As Customer Services Manager in the EuroFinance/CPI unit of Economist Impact - Events, you'll ensure exceptional client experiences throughout the lifecycle of our high-profile international events. From managing sponsor relationships and overseeing delegate registration to handling onsite logistics and coordinating with marketing, you’ll play a central role in event execution. This London-based hybrid role offers excellent development opportunities in client management, technical event platforms (like Cvent), and international travel, all within a values-driven, inclusive environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working onsite at events or in hospitality
- Advanced user of Cvent and comfortable with CRM/database tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Intermediate Excel skills for reporting and analysis
- Strong communication and organisational abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
- Available to work from the London office 3 days a week
- Willing to travel for events in the UK and abroad
