About the role
This is an entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate who wants to get real experience inside a fast-moving, Gen Z-led fashion brand. You’ll be supporting the day-to-day running of the business — mainly across production and operations — and getting exposure to how we go from concept to launch.
You’ll be working directly with our core team, picking things up as you go and getting stuck into a range of tasks. While the role is focused on operations, there’s also room to get involved in other areas of the brand when needed — from prepping for drops to occasional support on content and launches.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn a lot by doing. It’s fast, it’s varied, and no two days are the same.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting production and logistics for new and restock items
- Helping manage inventory, orders, and supplier communication
- Assisting with day-to-day customer service
- Supporting admin tasks and team organisation
- Occasionally helping with marketing, content prep, and launch planning
- Learning how new garments go from idea to final product
Who we’re looking for
- A recent graduate who’s organised, switched on, and ready to learn
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good with details and happy to juggle multiple tasks
- Naturally interested in fashion, branding, and youth culture
- Someone who enjoys working in a small, fast-paced team
What you’ll get
- Real insight into how a Gen Z fashion brand operates day to day
- Experience across production, logistics, customer experience, and more
- Exposure to the full process of taking a product to market
- A chance to grow as the brand grows
- A creative, fast-moving work environment — no corporate fluff
