About the Opportunity
The Marine Engineering Cadetship is a fully funded opportunity to earn a Foundation Degree or HND in Marine Engineering while gaining hands-on experience maintaining the ship’s engine room and mechanical systems. You'll learn to diagnose and solve technical challenges aboard some of the world's most advanced cruise vessels—all while travelling, earning a salary, and building a rewarding maritime career. What We’re Looking For
- Passion for engineering, maritime operations, and global travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in dynamic environments
- Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn
- Four GCSEs (Grades 9–5 / A*–C), including Maths, Science (with physical science), and English
- UK or EEA citizenship, with UK residency for at least one year and unrestricted right to work
