As the Capital Projects Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of engineering projects. You will work with a cross-functional team to support and deliver site projects such as process improvement, equipment qualification and capacity expansion.

Responsibilities may include
- Assist in the design and project development for production, packaging, facilities, and utilities systems.
- Assist in the technology transfer of new products
- Assist in the project validation program
- Assist the project controls program (Planning and Cost Control)
- Assist in site construction activities
- Coordinate and meet with project teams to discuss requirements and constraint issues.
- Maintain current records for each project.
- Assist in the set up and management of the maintenance program for all utilities, production and packaging equipment
- Prepare preliminary project reports and update daily activities for management review.
- Report / present out on project updates as required.
- Working in a collaborative manner within the Process Teams structure and contributes to investigations, NC and CAPA closure.
- Coordinate with onsite contractors to ensure all work permitting and safety inductions are complete to ensure all works follow a safe and compliant process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and experience
- Professional degree level qualification required
- Candidates must have a minimum of 2.1 Grade in their degree course.
- Strong academic performance and extracurricular achievement.
- GMP Manufacturing experience desirable
- Experience working in an interdisciplinary environment
